HR function is to be an agile, connected, accountable performance partner for the business by focusing on the areas where we will make the greatest difference to performance. That requires is to fully optimize the end to end HR function, through trusted partnerships with Shared Services and drive productivity across our organization.
The Culture Transformation Lead will partner effectively with senior leadership team, HR function, line managers and various and various employee group to further embed our new vision and culture across the patch.
Change Leadership across the business including Exec and leadership engagements, Communication Strategy and Plan in order to bring our vision and cultural aspiration to life
Lead the local implementation of the End to End culture transformation as well as leading the design and implementation for the underlying conditions required to successfully embed the desired behaviour within the Market.
Produce & manage detailed change plan which will form part of and be integrated Culture transformation program ongoing in the business
Ensure compliance with project phase entry & exit criteria – is responsible for delivering high quality business readiness deliverables as per the Diageo Delivery Methodology (DDM) and sign off by relevant governance groups
Compile weekly status reports for submission to Project and Market Leadership Team
Run the Business Acceptance Group and Change clinics to carry through the stages of Change – Awareness, Understanding, Ownership & Commitment
Degree level qualified or equivalent
HR business partnering or HR Shared Service Centre experience required
Proven experience in project and change management – Ability to identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage change controls
Broad understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices
Proven experience of having successfully engaged, motivated and influenced a variety of stakeholders
Able to build credibility and relationships with line managers, employees and other HR teams
Strong excel skills to work with large data sets and draw insights
